A Little About the Owner.
Tom Putnam, the owner and President of Half Hitch Tackle is also a very active member of the local community. He is currently the President of the Grand Lagoon Coalition, he is a board member on the St. Andrew and St. Joesph Bays Estuary Program Management Council, a member of the Panama City Beach Chamber, he has served on the board of directors and on several committees of the American Sportfishing Association (ASA) and is currently serving on thier Membership and Retailer committees. He has been a Worldwide member since 2009 and has served on both the board of directors and the Fishing Tackle committee. He was also a founding board member and served as President of the Florida Foundation for Responsible Angling (FFRA). If you come by our Panama City store, there's a good chance you'll see him around!
