Description
SharkBite 1(in) Brass Lead-Free Barb Insert Tee. It is used for connecting 3 pieces of 1(in) cross link polyethylene Pex tubing. To secure barb ends of fittings to Pex pipe with TV# 597556 Cinch Clamps & TV# 608743 Cinch Tool, or TV# 597325 Copper Crimp Rings & TV# 597693 Crimp Tool (not included). It is immediately testable to well over 100 PSI. It meets NSF/ANSI Standard 14-2009 & ASTM F 1807-9SI Standard for products intended for the transport of potable water, ANSI/NSF Standard 61 Annex G for Lead-Free compliance & the wetted surface of this product contacted by consumable water contains less than 0.25% of lead by weight to meet Ab1953 California & Vt S152 Vermont low lead restrictions. Comes in Bagged Packaging.
