During Checkout insert the full 19 digit Card # into the special notes section on the address page.
On the payment screen select "Will Call with Payment"
Once you receive an Order Number we will process your gift card and call you if there is a remaining balance due
Your items will be promptly shipped to you
I have been doing business with Half Hitch for years, can I access my previous history?
Yes, if you have not yet received an email from us with instructions to access your account online please call us at 850-234-2621 and ask for Tom or Chris. We need to first set you up with a login before the following steps will work.
If you did receive the email and just need a refresher here are the steps to do so.
Click “Login” at the upper right corner of the screen under the shopping cart.
A pop up box will appear and then click"forgot password" and enter your email address (the email set up in our system, the email we sent to) into the box provided and click "Reset Password"
You will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password. Click this link
You are now taken back to our site to enter your new password twice. Remember your new password must between 8-15 characters and must have one letter, one number, and one special character. (+-!#%^()=). Don’t use * or / or $.
Once your password is changed you can now return to Halfhitch.com. By clicking on the "Account" button you can see a full history of your account.
Can I place an order online to have it ready for pickup in my local store?
Shop for your items. Remember to login if you already have an account to save your purchases.
During Checkout select "Counter Pickup" in the Ship Via field and what location you will pick them up at.
Continue through the checkout process and select how you want to pay for your order. Choose, Credit cards, Paypal, or "Will Call with Payment" to pay when you come into the store to pick up.
How can I pay a balance due on my account?
If you are a charge customer you can now pay your bill online using our secure website.
Login first and click the "Account" button
Under your account click the "Unpaid Invoices" tab.
You can then choose to pay the total outstanding balance, a specific invoice, or pay any amount you choose.
Enter your credit card information and click "Process Transaction".
